The amount of compensation is defined in the national passenger rights. Detailed information can be found on the SBB website. **Single tickets** - For delays of 60 minutes or more, you receive 25% of the ticket price as compensation. - For delays of 120 minutes or more, you receive 50% of the ticket price as compensation. - Compensation amounts under 5 Swiss francs will not be paid out. **Subscriptions** For delays of 60 minutes or more, you will receive at least 5 Swiss francs or the daily value of your subscription as compensation. **Application form** If you are entitled to compensation, please fill out the online application form no later than 30 days after your journey.
