Am I entitled to compensation for delays or cancellations of regional trains operated by the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn?

The amount of compensation is defined in the national passenger rights. Detailed information can be found on the SBB website.

Single tickets

For delays of 60 minutes or more, you receive 25% of the ticket price as compensation.
For delays of 120 minutes or more, you receive 50% of the ticket price as compensation.
Compensation amounts under 5 Swiss francs will not be paid out.

Subscriptions

For delays of 60 minutes or more, you will receive at least 5 Swiss francs or the daily value of your subscription as compensation.

If you are entitled to compensation, please fill out the online application form no later than 30 days after your journey.
