Just one call to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn customer service is enough, your ticket will be loaded directly onto your SwissPass. You can easily show it during ticket checks – no smartphone required.
Tickets available by phone: one-way and return tickets in 1st or 2nd class, starting from any Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn station.
Payment: Conveniently by invoice at the end of the month – no credit card needed.
Requirement: A valid SwissPass (available free of charge at any staffed sales counter in Switzerland).

Please note:
Children and teenagers under 18 cannot buy tickets by phone, as the invoice must always be issued to the traveler. Parents cannot order on their behalf.
Unaccompanied children (ages 6–16) can purchase their ticket directly on board without a service fee.
International guests can use the service if they have a SwissPass and a billing address in Switzerland. Invoicing to addresses outside Switzerland is not possible.
