I want to request a refund for my booking. What should I do?
- If you booked online at www.matterhorngotthardbahn.ch, please fill out our refund form. We will review your request and reimburse the ticket costs if the conditions are met. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of booking. Once we receive your information, we will contact you by email within one working day.
- If you booked through a tour operator or another website, please contact the customer service of that provider.
- If you purchased your ticket at a local ticket counter, please return to the counter for a refund. If you are no longer at the location, please use our refund form.
