My booking was disconnected but my credit card was charged; how do I proceed?

- What is the credit card number?
- What amount in CHF was charged?
- At what time was the card charged? (Date and time, as exact as possible).
We will then check the credit card charge and if it is unjustified, we will refund the amount back to your credit card.
