Can I extend the validity of my Furka-Abo if I haven't used all the trips within the validity period?

No, an extension is not possible. The discount is intended for guests who use the car transport service regularly. Unused trips expire at the end of the validity period. However, you can request a pro-rated refund from the customer service center. In this case, the remaining amount for the unused trips will be refunded, minus the discount already applied and a service charge.
