What should be observed during the loading process and the journey?

Loading on the car transport 

  • The vehicle must not stand on two loading wagons.
  • Instructions from the loading staff must be followed on the car transport.
  • Engage the handbrake and put the transmission in P or 1st gear.

During the journey

  • The general loading regulations listed on the back of the ticket apply.
  • It is not permitted to perform any updates on vehicles during the journey on the car transport.
  • The vehicle must not be moved during the journey.
  • Emergency number Switzerland: 112 or Oberwald/Realp station.
  • Emergency announcements are broadcast on the radio frequency FM 102.2 Radio Rottu.
  • Throughout the entire journey, do not leave the interior of your vehicle.
