What applies if I have an MGBahn points card?

Validity:

• Usable at the Furka car transport service until November 30, 2025 at the latest.

• After this date, the cards will no longer be valid.

Top-up / New purchase:

• Since December 2022, neither top-ups nor new purchases have been possible.

• Cards purchased or topped up in November 2022 remain valid for a maximum of 3 years.

Refund & Credit:

• Remaining balance (cash credit only, no payout of bonus points) can be refunded at the Oberwald loading station in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• Refunds are possible until December 31, 2026.

• The deposit of CHF 10 will be refunded upon return of the card at the loading stations in Realp or Oberwald.

Offer for frequent users:

• For frequent travelers, the Furka subscription is available as the successor to the points card.
