What fees apply to a refund?

If a refund is requested within the deadline, a deduction of CHF 10.- will be made as a processing fee. You must provide proof that the ticket was not used in order to receive a refund. If you purchased a new ticket due to a date change or an error, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction.
